Cancellation & Refund Policy

❌ No Refund Policy

Skillinabox does not offer refunds after enrollment into any program, masterclass, or course. All sales are final. Please read this policy and our program details carefully before enrolling.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Skillinabox Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for any program, masterclass, mastery course, or career program are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

This applies to all payment types including full payments, registration fees, EMI installments, and any promotional or discounted pricing.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our programs involve significant upfront costs:

  • Live class scheduling and faculty time allocated from the moment of enrollment
  • Physical kit materials sourced and dispatched to your address
  • LMS platform access granted immediately upon payment
  • Seats that are limited and could have been given to another learner

Because of these real costs, we are unable to reverse enrollments once payment is made.

3. Before You Enroll

We strongly recommend taking these steps before enrolling to ensure you are making the right choice:

  • Book a free counselling session — speak with our team about whether the program is right for you
  • Try a 5-Day Masterclass first — our ₹2,999–3,000 activations are a low-risk way to experience our teaching style before committing to longer programs
  • Read the program details — curriculum, schedule, kit contents, and expectations are all listed on each course page

4. Program Transfers

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider transferring your enrollment to a future batch of the same program. This is at the sole discretion of Skillinabox management and is not guaranteed.

To request a transfer, contact us in writing at hello@skillinabox.in within 48 hours of your enrollment date. Transfers are not available after a batch has begun.

5. Technical / Payment Errors

If you were charged more than the displayed price due to a technical error, or if your payment was processed twice, please contact us immediately at hello@skillinabox.in with your payment ID. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
