The model is a box. A woman with a machine at her door, a live trainer on her phone, and someone who answers when she's stuck can build an income — and none of that depends on her postcode. We've proved it across 25 Indian cities. The next part is proving it doesn't stop at the border.

The kit removes the classroom
No campus, no commute, no permission needed to leave the house. That constraint is identical in Bhopal, Dhaka and Lagos — which is exactly why the model travels.
We don't pick a customer
₹2,999 to ₹2.5 lakh on one platform. A woman testing whether she likes this at all, and a woman building a label, are both ours.
Craft is universal, credentials are local
A well-set sleeve is a well-set sleeve anywhere. What changes market to market is who confers legitimacy — NID and NSDC here, someone else elsewhere. That's a partnership problem, not a product one.
The access ladder — every rung is a real program
Most platforms pick a price and design a customer around it. We built the ladder instead, because the woman who starts at ₹2,999 is very often the same woman who finishes at the top of it.

Working here
The kit is real. The stakes are real too.
A learner in Bhopal pays with money she saved. A sewing machine arrives at her door. Somewhere in that chain is your work — and if it slips, she notices the same week.
Outcome over activity
A learner attending class is activity. A learner earning income is the outcome. We measure the second one.
Doorstep first
Most of our learners are in Tier 2 and 3 cities on entry-level phones. If it doesn't work there, it doesn't work.
Ek kadam aage
Small, visible progress every week — for a learner, and for you. We'd rather ship something real than plan something perfect.
We over me
Trainers can't scale endlessly. The best work here makes someone else's job lighter, not just your own output higher.
